- I am first a wife and mother of 3 girls. I learn something new each day. My youngest is 8 months old, so I am always on the go. Although I am always busy, I spend my time on things that are important and meaningful to me. My passion is motivating others! I have a pink Polar monitor with the wireless chest belt and I LOVE it! It was pricey ($100 @ Academy) but I feel its been worth it. Keeps up with my hr & cals burned and even interacts with the ellypticals & tread machines. Been burning around 600-1000 calories in zumba class - all depends on the songs and how much effort I put into it (low impact vs high).

ReplyDeleteMine is a Timex Personal Trainer. It also does Heart Rate, calories burned and interacts with the equipment. I think I paid about $60 for it at Academy. It's awesome though because I can see how many calories I burn with each activity! I usually burn about 750 in Ramona's zumba class. Yeah!!!
ReplyDeleteMine is a sportline. I bought it at walmart for about $50. I love it.I usually burn anywhere from 850-1000 calories depending on weather its a 45 minute class or an hour.
